From Here, Grand Opening

This was Flowers for People’s kick-off event! From Here is a unique shop full of items made by local artists and makers, and is one of my go-to spots for unique, thoughtful gifts. I was thrilled to be a part of opening their new space at River Park Square. In their vibrant workshop, people browsed and built their own bouquets from flowers grown right here in the PNW! I love teaching a few simple flower-design tips that people can keep in their back pocket, empowering anyone to find joy with flowers. One gal commented: “My mother was a florist and told me I didn’t really have the eye for it, since then I haven’t touched a flower. It was so liberating to pick whatever blooms I liked and put them together however I wanted!”.
